How we handle the information you give us when you check in at our site.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address.
- A photo of your government-issued ID.
- Your electronic signature on our non-disclosure agreement, with the date, time and device used to sign.
- When you arrive and leave, and who you are visiting.
Why
To know who is on site for safety and security, to confirm your identity, and to keep a record of the agreement you signed.
How long we keep it
ID photos are deleted 12 months after your most recent visit. Signed agreements and visit records are kept for as long as we need them to enforce the agreement and meet legal obligations.
How we protect it
Your information is encrypted and stored on our own systems, and only authorized staff can view it. Every view is logged. We do not sell it or use it for marketing. A copy of your signed agreement is emailed to you.
